                  In 1905, appeared on the street Red two-story structure built on sketches Batyrbek Shardanov. Railway engineer gets Shardanov planned plot with dilapidated buildings and in its place build a brick house. First floor accommodation houses supposed lease on the second floor were living rooms, reached by a separate staircase. In 1907 the house was opened in the city art gallery named F.A Kovalenko. Also here is the archaeological department and library. After the revolution, the engineer left the country. Now here Krasnodar Regional Art Museum named F.A Kovalenko.
