In the 20 years the building housed the Komsomol Theatre (CAT), converted later in TRAM (Theatre of Working Youth). After the war it housed clubs and amateur art, successfully extending until 1964, was opened after the Youth Theatre. In the 1980s, carried out the restoration of facades and interiors of the building, designed by architect T.V.Shapkinoy. As a result of the reconstruction were added administrative, office space and a small hall attached to the northern, western and eastern facades. The building of the former Municipal Theatre of the Nakhichevan - is a complex configuration structure, the compositional center of which is the bulk of the three-tiered auditorium with grate scene, which is adjoined on both sides are the same height, three-story volumes. In them, respectively disposed entrance hall with cloakroom and foyer, as well as office space. The volume ends with a domed auditorium carpet. The main facade, facing Liberty Square, presents the central and extreme risalits. Corner of the central focuses of the theater and a grand entrance portico decorated composite order, completed by a triangular pediment.
