Apartment house, owned by Vasily Kushnarev - brother of the famous master of the local tobacco factory - Yakov Kushnareva was built at the beginning of the XX century (1900). It housed female vocational school. Currently, the building is an example of a public building club type from 1900, included in the register of the identified cultural heritage and is an architectural monument of regional significance. Now the building is owned by staff of the North - Caucasian Military District. Architecture of the building resembles the oriental style. Today it is a two-storey building with a high plinth, decorated belts powerful step shape, with rectangular openings the first floor windows and semicircular windows of the upper floors, niches are framed archivolt resting on twin bunk Byzantine columns. Oriental style facade underlined capitals, high cornice with a low parapet, frieze. Earlier above the main entrance stood a semicircular canopy, openwork lattice which resembles a single style balconies fences and gates. In the basement there was a kitchen and utility room, and went out into the courtyard sundeck, as the building was a large restaurant with access to "Summer Garden Theatre Buff".
