From 2007 to present, restoration carried Houses brothers Martin, which is supposed to open a branch of the Museum-Reserve M.A. Sholokhov, which will house the exhibition center with exhibits depicting the history, traditions and culture of the regions of the South of Russia, traveling exhibitions and work. Architectural and artistic appearance of the building is made up of elements and motifs taken from German and Russian architecture of the Middle Ages. This two-story building is built with high - hipped corner tower bay, on both sides of which are the narrow gable corbels closes. Plane walls combine the red brick and the "white stone" decor. The interior of the building is planned to keep every detail intact peculiar style architect NM Sokolova: tiles and mirror heating stoves, appliances bronze, cast iron railings of the grand staircase patterns and other elements.
