The monument has the shape of an obelisk (height approx. 40m). Lined with gray granite and completed the image of the Order of Victory (Bronze, smalt). On the four faces of the pedestal placed bronze high relief, revealing the idea of ​​the monument: "May 9, 1945", "Glory to the fallen heroes", "The Red Army during the Great Patriotic War", "Partisans of Belarus." As a symbol of victory, on the basis of the obelisk is a sword entwined with laurel branch bronze. Step stylobate (Black Labrador) on four sides flanked by bronze wreaths. Around the monument there is a lawn and planted with ornamental fir. At the foot of the monument is lit an eternal flame.
