                  The park was founded by Grigory Kvitko-Osnovyanenko in the 19th century. Along the park there is the Lopan River. Entrance to the park is a staircase-cascade. There is a playground, a summer cafe. On the back of the park is a large enough stadium "Mayak" and a small sports ground.
