Мініскульптурка "Київський торт"

Every day, tens of thousands of visitors to the Ukrainian capital, leaving Kiev, bring with them a piece of Ukrainian culture - "Kiev Cake". The recipe and technology of the production of cake "Kievsky" was created in 1956 at the Kiev Confectionary Factory named after Karl Marx. According to one version, like many great discoveries, the prototype of the cake appeared erroneously. In 1956, the confectioners forgot to put in a refrigerating chamber a batch of egg white, intended for biscuit. The next morning, the head of the biscuit shop Konstantin Petrenko, with the help of the 17-year-old assistant confectioner Nadezhda Chornogor, translated frozen protein cakes with oil cream, showered vanilla powder, and decorated the surface with a floral ornament to hide the mistake of his colleagues at his own risk. However, according to the official version, the appearance of the recipe took place in the same 1956, as a result of persistent experiments. And already in 1973, the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR in matters of inventions and discoveries issued the confectioners of the factory named after Karl Marx Anna Kurylo and Galina Fastovets-Kalinovsky's copyright certificate. Interestingly, the recipe for air, protein-nut cakes kept secret for over sixty years. LEGEND: "Rub me and you will always be slim"
