                  Trinity Dermansky monastery - as an Orthodox monastery founded in the late XV century. the Ukrainian tycoon Prince K. I. Ostrozky. In 1574-1575 he was the leader of the monastery, the Russian printing company Ivan Fedorov... The Soviet atheistic authorities in the postwar period began a wave of repressions against the church, during which the monastery was closed in 1960, its inhabitants were relocated to the Koretski Monastery, and the complex was transferred to an eight-year boarding school. Only gaining independence from Ukraine allowed the clergy to once again assume the right to own the Derman monastery - on November 30, 1991 it was officially returned to the Orthodox Church, and on December 24, the Holy Trinity Monastery was opened by the decision of the Holy Synod.
