In 1990, Oleg Maksymovych Novokhatsky, who at that time directed an amateur theater group at the Lviv Teachers' House, was offered a small room on Fredra Street with an area of ​​62 square meters. Thus, on the cultural map of Lviv there was a theater called "Both people and puppets." The first years of existence for the team were quite difficult. There were no basic conditions necessary for the functioning of the theater, but there was insane enthusiasm and people in love with the puppet. In 2014, the theater already had about 20 children's performances and a play for adults - "Peony Lantern". Numerous diplomas and awards spoke about the team's achievements.
