It consisted of six floors and ended with a large mansard roof turrets. In the prevailing academic style buildings variations: half columns and pilasters of various sizes, decorative cornices and pediment intermediate. However, typical of modernist works Kaslera parabolic shape is the lower and upper windows and an asymmetrical bend the top rails.
