Roman Catholic monastery. The monastery was founded in 1539. He was, basically, treating wounded soldiers of Polish Army and existed until 1784. The new Austrian government (with the 1772 Lions became part of Austria), it dissolved, its property confiscated, and staged a military hospital building. The building used as a military hospital and after each new government that came in Lviv: Russian (1914-1915), again Austro-Hungarian (1915-1918), Polish (1918-1939), Soviet (1939-1941), German (1941-1944), Soviet (1944-1991), Ukrainian (from 1991 till now). From the monastery church bonyfratrov preserved building of St. Lawrence on the modern street Lychakovsky, 26. The building of the church was rebuilt in 1687, the Polish architect Benois, and Austrians. The body, preserved, has a cartouche, raskrepovannыy cornice Baroque portal, decorated with carvings.
