The stylish private residence in which now takes places Antoniny settlement sovietl, has been constructed in begin XX century under the project Viennese арх. F.Felnera. This one of few remained pre-revolutionary buildings in a modernist style by which the area before smart collars of a palace Sangushko-Pototsky has been built up. Pototsky's garage on 9 cars here settled down. Now restored private residence is one of the most appreciable and attractive architectural monuments of settlement.
