                  The opening of the Khmelnytsky Regional Literary Museum took place in August 1993, and coincided with the celebrations dedicated to the 500th anniversary of the city. Khmelnytsky Literary Museum, interior The exposition of the museum tells about the literary heritage of the region - from antiquity to literary portraits of modern writers. Separate stands and shop windows in the museum are dedicated to the national literary process and its main participants - Taras Shevchenko, Lesya Ukrainka, Mykhailo Kotsyubynsky, and writers of Podillya, outstanding writers of different cultures who visited and / or stayed in the region. The exposition also includes materials covering the literature of national minorities - Jews, Russians, Poles. Contemporary writers, in particular members of the regional organization of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine, are described separately.
