Trays along road with smoked and dried fish became cut-away of small town and have eclipsed such sights of Leticheva as ruins of an ancient fortress and a church constructed in 17 century. Trade in fish has begun in a Soviet period in the beginning 90. On a line the specialised fish market has opened. Fish remains, as before, a district Leticheva symbol.
