                  In 1884 Baykove cemetery, designed by architect V. Nikolayev, was laid stone Church of Ascension. Church consecration took place November 5, 1889 In 1921 at the Church of Ascension Parish community was incorporated. Further house, which miraculously escaped destruction, was used as a memorial room for ritual ceremonies. Inside the church is well preserved the original design.
