                  In April 1970 the ceremonial opening of the largest center of culture and arts of Ukraine. The unique architecture of the Palace was designed by the creative group of architects Zhylytskoho PN and IG Weiner, author of the USSR honored architect E. Marynchenko. In 1996 the palace was made by Ukraine overhaul. In April 1998 granted the status of the National Palace.
