                  The building began to build in the years 1914 -1915 for flight school warrant, later building was rebuilt three times. Construction was completed in 1931. The house has 150 rooms, a large hall for 1000, a small room, two lecture halls, a library. Latest project architect was Joseph Juljevich Karakys.
