Despite the typical construction, the exterior and interior decoration of the palaces was individual. In Kremenchug, one of the central elements of the interior of the city palace was the stained glass window "Our Song - Our Glory" with an area of ​​150 sq. M, which was created by Ivan-Valentin Feodosievich Zadorozhny, Ukrainian monumental artist, laureate of state awards. The authorship of Zadorozhny also belongs to the "Wedding Celebration" relief on the side facade of the palace and a decorative aluminum lattice above the entrance. The building was decorated with marble, tuff, felsite and precious woods. The palace complex includes a large auditorium for 1100 seats, a small auditorium, a sports hall, a ballroom studio, as well as rooms for sections and circles.
