                  Palace of Culture "Neftekhimik" was built in 1979, the grand opening took place on September 29. The bas-relief on the building was made by Nikolai Anisimov, who later received the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine. In addition to the concert hall, the Palace of Culture houses 4 choreographic halls, choir classes, a mirror hall and a library. In February 2007, a museum of the history of the oil refinery was opened in the palace. In 2009, a cinema with 86 seats was opened in the building.
