                  Built in the early 30's, Palace of culture of railwaymen different kind of architecture. If you look at the building from the street Caldron, it seems that it is - part of the monumental columns, made of glass and concrete. The first foundation stone of the Palace of Culture was founded during the tenth anniversary of Great October-Ukrainian headman R.I. Petrovsky. The Palace was built five years and was officially inaugurated in November 1932. Germans inflicted significant damage to buildings, destroyed some equipment. Soon after the war Palace again opened its doors to workers.
