                  The complex of buildings of House of state industry is erected on initiative of F. Dzerzhinskogo, becoming the kernel of new administrative center of Kharkov, former then the capital of Ukraine. It the first height reinforce-concrete building in the USSR (63 mcodes). Building under the direction of engineer P. Rotterta was complete in record terms - for 3 years. 1934 to Advice of Folk Commissars of Ukraine took place here. In 1955 on a roof was set one of the first in the USSR televisional towers in 45 m. high Now regional authorities, offices of great number of firms, take place in building. In a 5-mcode entrance there is a museum of Gosproma, created in 1980th with participation of the Kharkov writer E. Zvonickogo.
