The Fredry-Sheptytsky Palace is a family estate of the Fredry. The famous Polish comedian Alexander Fredro (the grandfather of Metropolitan Andrei Sheptytsky) lived in this estate for some time. Initially, the estate belonged to the comedian's parents - Jacek and Marianne from Dembinski Fredram, then Alexander. In 1835, Alexander Fredro built a large, Neo-Renaissance-style brick palace. The building was rebuilt in 1896 by his grandson Andriy Maximilian. The date of construction of the palace is embossed on cartouches built into the left wing of the building. The two-storey palace is asymmetrical in plan. The western facade of the main building was accentuated by two projections in wide frames and with stylized Corinthian capitals. All windows and doors of the palace are semicircular. Much of the interior decoration of the palace has survived to our time. The most beautiful rooms (dining room and large living room) are located on the ground floor, on the second - the library. In the park around the palace there is a chestnut alley and an alley of centuries-old linden trees. Below the terrace of the main building is a lake, and on the west side of the park flows the river Vyshnya. The palace complex includes two more buildings - a one-storey outbuilding and a two-storey building for servants or guests (with a corner tower). Currently, the palace houses a part of Vyshnyansky College of Lviv National Agrarian University. On June 19, 2010, on the anniversary of Alexander Freder's birth, a presentation of the memorial room of A. Freder and his grandson, Metropolitan Andrei Sheptytsky, took place in the palace. On June 23, 2013, a memorial plaque in honor of Alexander and Sophia Fredriv was unveiled on the palace wall.
