                  Villa "Otrada" is based on the famous Crimean Alushta waterfront architect N. Krasnov AN Stakheev for the merchant, who was known for his charity work. At its facilities was built quay, pier, theaters, schools and hospitals. Around the villa was a park, which grow 60 species of trees and shrubs. Now it is a Children's Creativity Center.
