                  A house built to order L.-K. M. Falberha, who served as mechanics and optics University. Vladimir. On the first floor were four shops on the second and third-living room. At the end of 19 - to beg. 20 cent. the house contained a bookstore magazine Kievan antiquity "- historico-ethnographic and literary publications. Ran bookworm V. Stepanenko. Shop visited many famous writers and public figures, scientists - Ivan Franko, Lesya Ukrainian, Kotsyubyns'kyi Starytsky who participated in the publication of the magazine and published in its pages. In 1906 the house passed into the ownership of South-Russian Society drugstore trade in goods. After the revolution, used as a dwelling, the entrances to shops on the ground floor converted to boxes.
