                  Huge pivtsyrkulyarna structure built for the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Bolsheviks of the Ukraine. The architecture used in building large forms. Concave colonnade of Corinthian order supporting entablature and parapet with images of flag and emblem of USSR. This is one of the ensemble of buildings conceived Governmental Center, which gathered to build a government (now Michael) area after the transfer of capital to Kyiv. For this project was demolished Old Rus facilities - St. Michael's Cathedral and the Three Saints Church.
