                  A wooden three-frame three-headed church, an architectural monument of national value, is located on the slope of woody mountain. The church is built in place of old wooden temple. In 1757 the Divine Body monastery of Dominicanes and Lviv masters-carpenters brothers Yatsko and Anton Drozdovychs entered into a contract about building of the new Stritennya Hospodnyoho church in Cherepyn. Since 1962 till 1989 the church was closed. A small stone cross stands near the church, and to the east of temple a cemetery is located. Unfortunately, greater part of walls of church is covered by the zincked iron.
