                  The building is of considerable interest as one of the few surviving in the Great Patriotic War. Built in 1914 by architect G. Dolyn. Four-story building, U-shaped in plan, constructed in the forms of rationalist modernism. Inner-row layout of premises of the building, originally planned to rent out the post and telegraph department, very rational. During the period of 1941-1942 the defense of Sevastopol in it was the city's office of communication, what resembles a plaque installed.
