                  The building was constructed in the yard, "France" at the Yalta quay in 1897, commissioned by merchant A. Rofe, the owner of the guild "Rofe (Roffe) and Sons. Architect, the building became N. ​​Krasnov. At the request of Mr Roffe to bath house was built grand portal in the Moorish style. The facade of the portal is made of white marble, it was carved a quotation from the Koran, "Be blessed, like water." In addition to the value of the portal is a hall in the Moroccan style with stucco plaster. During World War II building was destroyed, while bathing miraculously survived. Since 1991, restoration work began, the portal and the hall have been restored, the rest of the building demolished as not representing the architectural value. Today in the bath house located boutique hotel "Villa Sofia", which is owned by Sofia Rotaru.
