                  The palace in the Moorish style was built in 1895-1897. for the Grand Duke Peter Nikolaevich Romanov by architect N. Krasnov. The name translates from Arabic as "beautiful," "magnificent". Snow-white building with silvery domes and crenellated walls, arched windows, ornamented with blue, a color mosaic reminiscent of the magical palace of oriental tales. Above the main entrance carved in Arabic script: "May Allaah bless logged here." Around the palace is divided beautiful park with fountains. Now it is one of the buildings of the sanatorium "Diulber" owned by the administrative department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
