This villa was rebuilt in 1912 for H. Radeviych. Structure semicircular in plan, two storeys in height, and most rooms face the south. On the southern facade of the building is framed loggias and spacious outdoor terrace above them. The villa is lavishly decorated with columns in the form of caryatids, modeling with griffins, seated in the bowl. And crown this masterpiece stands round the rotunda above the third tier.
