December 13, 1911 the owner of the land area of ​​386 yards was the Hope Shlee (nee Zaitsevskaia). Villa "Khaial" was built in the popular Simeis psevdomavritanskom style, richly decorated with stucco and Arabic script. White and blue were the main colors of the building. Interestingly, the villa was originally built as a mansion house, not the board (as most Simeiz households). In the Soviet period, the villa was turned into a housing tuberculosis sanatorium "Red Lighthouse" as is, and has survived to our days, pretty dilapidated, but retaining the eastern flavor and the original architecture.
