                  Manor Ustinov or, as she was known to mid-20 century, "Vasyl-Sarai", appeared in Yalta by Prince Golitsyn. Apparently, before 1890 "Vasyl-Sarai" acquired Earl M. Ustynov. A two-storey palace in the neoclassical style, was built already in the descendants of M. Ustynov in 1912 -1914, becoming a ornament "Vasyl-Sarai". The author of the building project is considered the architect N. Krasnov.To 80 years 20 ages a sanatorium was here disposed "Yuzhnoberezhnyy", which changed resort hotel "Saint Petersburg", after resort hotel "Estate of count Ustinova".
