                  The house was built on a former garden of the governor-general's house for employees of People's Commissars of the USSR. In this house he lived 1943-1960 Kozitskii PA - Composer, teacher, musicologist. He taught at the Kiev Conservatory. In 1937-1941 he lived here Korotchenko DS - State and party leader, one of the organizers and leaders of the party underground during WWII. In 1944-1959 he lived in a house Manuilsky D.Z. - State and party figure, Academician, Vice-Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
