Apartment house, built in 1896, a German-Mennonite Arnold Peters, turned his descendant Viktor Dick in a museum of German colonists. The house has retained the original layout, furnishings, and furniture. Here are collected various tools, household items of German settlers. Of particular interest is the machine for cleaning of ears of corn, produced in 1861 at the plant Kopa. In the attic is acting smokehouse. The hosts give tours, during which offer visitors a wine tasting: sausages own production, German beer, and homemade bread and baked in an oven potatoes and bacon.
