In its present form the palace rebuilt B. Pototskyi, the grandson of the owner Tulchyn and Uman C. Pototskyi. River with bridge and dam belonged to the composition of the palace park, partially preserved in the western part of the estate. The ensemble consists of the palace buildings and stables. The palace is in the form of late Classicism. On the facade of the park overlooking the river - an open loggia with columns made of cast iron. The stables are built of granite and brick, are across the street from the palace. Now the estate is located boarding school for mentally retarded children.
