                  Kobzar monument in the center of the park composition. Taras Shevchenko (1814-1861) - Ukrainian poet and artist, founder of the literary Ukrainian language. Born into the family of a serf. Orphaned early, was a shepherd, farmhand, with 14 years of "Cossack" from the landowner P. Engelhardt. Literacy studied with a deacon of Agriculture. Literary fame with the publication of Shevchenko received in 1840 a collection of poems "Kobzar". Taras reflect the feelings, aspirations and thoughts Ukrainians. These sentiments were reflected in his poems: "Catherine", "Haydamaky", "Dream," "Naymichka."
