Building is erected on an area, given a present a city by a squire Kondrat'evym, which with 1860 was responsible for building of House of the public meeting. On a ground floor here was a theatrical hall, restaurant, musical salons; on the second are halls for playing maps, rooms for smoking. In a court there was a large park. The structure of farmstead strongly changed since. And in 2007-2008 the internal apartments of ground floor were reconditioned under an organ hall. A large value is presented by the interior of House of public collections, executed, as well as facade. A visual hall differs the special decorative splendor with a balcony and two lodges near an entrance.
