Church of the Resurrection in Baturin was built in the Empire style in 1803. Named after the old wooden church, which until 1708 was located on the territory Baturyn fortress. Funds for the construction of the Resurrection Church gave Kirill Razumovsky. This temple has become a family church, the burial place of the last Ukrainian hetman. The church is a brick, oshtukaternnoe and whitewashed building. Preserved in the original volume. Cruciform in plan with a semicircular apse of the temple has a dome. Above the porch is a bell tower. The facades are decorated chetyrehkolonnye porticos, which is crowned with a triangular pediment. The interior stands out the integrity and clarity of spatial resolution. In the porch of the old doors have survived from the original forging. Church of the Resurrection is one of the few monuments in the Empire style, which survived in the territory of Ukraine. Not so long ago, the temple was restored.
