                  Building of this unique building began in 1861 year and lasted almost 40 years. Its tower arrives at 50 meters. It is restored presently, clock works, obediently removes fourths and hours. The ground floor of building is used only. On the towers of town hall - coat of arms of city, given an emperor by Leopold 5.11.1790 .: in the light-blue field a silver city wall is represented with the letter of "S".
