Proceedings of the museum tell about the underground activities of the Komsomol organization "Young Guard" in Krasnodon during WWII. Collected over 20 thousand exhibits, which are divided into materials on the history of "Young Guards" and the history of Krasnodon. In the first part includes documents, photographs, personal items, awards underground and artistic works on this subject, in other - materials for restoration and construction of the city, documents and things first Komsomol and Communist, Stakhanovites, the Great Patriotic War, Heroes of the Soviet Union and Heroes of Socialist Labor, and honorary citizens and prominent people of the city.
