Unique on architecture squire farmstead the "Round court" built in form oval fortress. Initially planned as defensive building for protecting from Tatars. Worn out on a perimeter a blank brick wall with one-story apartments and four round three-tier towers. In the middle X?x of v. a farmstead passed to the domain of prince Golicyna, which adjusted a fortress under a summer theater or circus. On outside of internal court court there were the built three-tier lodges for an audience on a type drevnerimskikh amphitheatres. Artists lived in towers. An arena which circus presentations and appearances of troupe of fortress theater of Golicyna passed on was disposed in a center.
