One of the greatest reserves of Sumschiny is hydrological reserve of Khukhryanskiy. In reserve a typical for a region streamside complex was saved with predominance of the real and swamped meadows, bogs and reservoirs. It one of not many reserves, where such large area of meadows was saved. The fauna of reserve interesting, on his territory there are such regionally rare kinds, as large white heron, red heron, grey heron, black kite. A marten is here guarded forest.
