              In 1926 on the project of architect Kavaleridze on facilities of workers of Shostki and surrounding villages the monument of V.I.Leninu is set. A monument was set on the corner of street Lenina and street of K.Marksa. Presently a monument is here set with inscription: "In this place in 1905g. the bloody fight of Shostkinskikh of workers with a gendarmery, trying to disperse antipravitel'stvennuyu demonstration happened".
