                  The building was built in the style of "modern" architect unknown how women's gymnasium. In the 20-30 years of last century, it housed the first city Ukrainian school, and during the war - the hospital. Later, there were educational institutions and the Palace of Pioneers. In 1985 the building was completely given to children, and in 1989 it became known as the Palace of Children and Youth.
