Own mansion academician of architecture Beketova he built in 1912 in neo-classical forms. In addition to the owner, it at various times lived artists Pestrikov M. and N. Samokish. The appearance of the building corresponds to its planning decision. Facades facing the street and the garden are decorated in a so-called Neo-Greek style, combining architectural techniques and details of the Hellenistic era with Renaissance and Baroque elements. The proportions of volumes and divisions are subordinated to the "golden section". Draws attention to the magnificent drawing of all the details. Unfortunately, in the 1920s the landmark of the mansion was lost - the loggia, which was located on the second floor of the north-western corner of the house, which was converted into a room for servicing the people performing on the stage in the hall, replacing the walls with windows with the portico of the caryatids of the Erechtheion, surrounding the loggia.
