The two-story building with a stylish decorative tower during its existence perform administrative functions, was a magistrate in Austrian times, the city hall - during the Romanian occupation, county governments - at the time of the Ukrainian state in 1918 - 1920's, a division of Treasury at the time of Independence. A few years ago at the Treasury building sued the City Court.
