                  Title: Rovy village Status: village in Vyshgorodskyi district, village council center Location: in 50 km from Vyshgorod Population: 134 people Area: 86 ha Waterways: no Established in:19th century Historical note:From the known sources in 1849 in Rowe stood only 19 houses. The name of the village comes from the roughness of the relief where it is located. During the revolution of 1905- 1907 local residents took an active part in the struggle against landlords. In 1929- 1930 collectivization and a collctive farm was carried out. During WWII in the village were conducted fierce battles. The village was burned. The village was released in early November 1943. After war started the rebuilding of the village. In 1967 in the village was built a palace of culture, school, bath and water supply. Now the streets are paved in Rovu, was established telephone connection.
