Once upon a time, on the site of the farm there was a rustling thick pine forest. In the 11th century The monks of the Kiev Pechersk Monastery settled here, calling these places holy. This is how a small farm arose, which was called Monastyrsky. The monks were engaged in hunting and beekeeping. The resulting products were sent to the Kiev Pechersk Lavra. The Kozin farm was part of the Kiev Pechersk Monastery. The first settlers of the village were lumberjacks and hunters. Due to the large number of goats, they named their settlement Kozin. In the 13th-14th centuries. Kozin was under the Tatar yoke. After the decline of the Golden Horde, the Kyiv lands became dependent on Lithuania. The reconstruction of settlements began.
