                  Title: Nyzhcha Dubechnia village. Status: village in Vyshgorodskyi district, village council center Location: in 15 km west from Vyshgorod Population: 1280 people Area: 437,5 ha Waterways: river Desna Established in: 1552 year Historical note:A large number of oak trees in these areas caused the fact that villages have such names. Nuzhnja Dubechnja is called "lower" because it is situated in downstream of Desna . Around Nuzhnja Dubechnja in the hill Pecha was found Neolithic settlement (IV-III centuries B.C.), in the natural pursuit Pohonja - Bronze Age settlement (II century BC). The first mention of the village belongs to the year 1552. Then in the village, there were seven houses. Residents paid tribute to Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. In 1786 Nuzhnja Dbechnja was given to the state. In 1834 in the village lived 392 inhabitants. Farmers were engaged in agriculture, livestock, fishing. After a great flood in 1845 began a migration from the Old Village to the new location. The Soviet government was installed in the village in 1919. Since 1941 to September 1943 village was occupied by German troops. During the war were killed 467 people and taken to Germany for forced labor 237 people, the village was burned. After the war the village revived. Today the village has a large number of private enterprises and school.
